We started Bluebag in 1998, with an aim to provide high quality unique products that are fresh and healthy. Our business combines the best principles of the globally branded fast food outlets, (i.e consistency, cleanliness, safe environment) with fresh handmade food that makes you feel good.
Finding out where to source fresh high quality ingredients, working out how to hand make over 2500 products a day, how to give fast friendly efficient service and create unique products has kept us up at night. It has been an amazing journey and we have met some great people on the way - you may meet one of them in our stores.
Our kitchen is the lifeblood of our business. We have innovated and taken risks because the loyalty of our customers has given us the opportunity to be creative. The Thai chicken sandwich, the Sheriff, the Manwich - some wonderful successes and amusing failures continue to drive the business.
You can see our new products and of course when your old favourites are returning. Look out for the "new recipe" signs on our products - a brand new taste or an improvement on the original.
We are developing slowly one shop at a time, tweaking our systems and maintaining our quality as we grow.
