Catering FAQs

Orders can be made by telephone or email. If you wish to choose specific fillings, we prefer that you email your order.

Email or telephone us. In most cases an account can be set up over the phone.

24 hours notice is appreciated, however we understand that this is not always practical. Our CBD kitchen and delivery vans mean that we can usually deliver to you within an hour of your order being placed.

If you call up to place an order you will be asked the number of people you are catering for and how many vegetarian products you would like. Most of our customers request around 20% products be vegetarian, unless they are catering to people with special dietary requirements. Everyone loves our vegie products.

You can make your own selection using the seasonal menu on our website or allow us to do a mixture of our best. Our reputation is based on your satisfaction.

We do not charge for weekday delivery within the CBD for orders over $40. There is a charge for deliveries outside the CBD based on the destination.

For general orders we will accept cancellations on the day prior. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to cancel orders on the same day. This remains at Bluebag’s discretion. For orders containing special requests, we do require 24 hours notice.

Yes we do, including gluten and dairy-free requirements.
