HACCP Certified
HACCP is an acronym for Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points. It was a system invented by NASA to analysis every step of their food processing procedure from gate to plate to ensure the highest food safety standards were part of their process. In Australia it is a certification that the highest food safety standards are being met and monitored at Bluebag.
