Corporate card

At Bluebag we want to make it easier for you to support your staff and corporate clients. To help with this we offer Corporate Credit Account Cards to our corporate customers, enabling account purchases to be made in store by individuals.

Please download the application form (PDF), complete it, and fax it back to Bluebag on 03 9614 7255. It is important that you read and understand the Terms and Conditions for use of the corporate card.

Things you should know...

Does the Corporate Card cost anything?

No it's free, but there is a minimum monthly spend of $200.00 for each Corporate Card account to cover administrative costs.

How do I get a corporate card?

Call 9614 7277 or email catering@bluebag.com.au and we will provide you with an account application form. Accounts can usually be set up within two working days.

Do I have to get corporate catering to use the card?

No. However the corporate card is for in store purchases only. Corporate catering will not be debited to your card, however all company purchases will appear on one monthly invoice.

You must be a trading entity to obtain a credit facility, it is not available to individuals.

What are the trading terms?

It will depend on your credit rating and monthly spend. Call 9614 7277 or email catering@bluebag.com.au and we will fax or email you an account application form.

What would I use the card for?

It obviates the need for cash when lunch is being purchased by the company for one or more employees. It also provides better security for existing account holders as all purchases must be made with using an account card.

How many cards can I have?

You can have as many cards as you like linked to the one account. Our till system keeps a record of all purchases linked to the cards.

What happens if I forget my card?

You will need to run back to the office and get it.

Can I order multiple Corporate Cards for employees, clients or customers?

Yes, you can link as many cards as you like to the one account. You can also purchase gift cards using the corporate account. If the recipient than chose to convert to a debit card they would do so as an individual.
